JANUARY 15 MAIN SANCTUARY MARKSMAN (CHINO, CA) W/ CLOAK AND DAGGER

This class might be the rude awakening you need.

This class is specifically designed for members of those in church safety/response teams. Too often, I've heard of folks in these capacities who have learned from a retired military or law enforcement person on how to shoot and demonstrate an inflated sense of preparedness for something that nobody can be prepared enough for. Think you're fast enough? You proud of hitting a man-sized target out to 10 yards? Are you the best shooter in your group? Do you have any idea on how to know if you're even fast, accurate, or CONSISTENT? 

"Everything can work uncontested" -- some wise guy. 

Data from mass-casualty incidents in houses of worship as well as my personal experienced teaching elite units, private citizens, and response teams show clear trends:

• Unconventional starts are extremely important  --> main sanctuary doors are typically in the rear of the room
• Accuracy at distance is a great weakness for most shooters, but the average church hallway is 25+ yards
• Most concealed carriers do not have an aggressive draw that establishes a group that produces accuracy at near OR far distances
• The training for teams in these roles is far too infrequent 
• The training is unorganized, unintentional, and sometimes even HARMFUL for improvement

It's the exact knowledge that has helped me achieve Master Class in USPSA from concealment in under 10 matches, and what can help you make sense of your own training to be prepared for that match or for real life.
