1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, products, or training services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to violations of federal, state, or local firearms laws.

You must not upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the operation of our website.

Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to our site or services.

2. Training Services

Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is subject to availability and full payment at registration.

Minors may only participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian legally permitted to possess a firearm.

Payments & Refunds

All training course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

No refunds will be issued. At our sole discretion, Cloak and Dagger may provide class credit toward a future training session in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses for any reason. In such cases, participants will be notified, and fees will be refunded or credited.

Conduct & Safety

Participants must follow all instructor directions and safety rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

Training Waiver & Liability Release

By enrolling, you acknowledge the inherent risks of firearms training.

You release Cloak and Dagger LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from liability for injury, accident, or damages occurring during or after participation.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your participation, misuse of firearms, or violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, and related media are the property of Cloak and Dagger LLC. They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written permission.

3. Retail Sales (Products)

Product Information

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Colors, sizes, and finishes may appear differently on screens.

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store your payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and customs responsibilities.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for defective products reported within 14 days of delivery.

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
