RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has a manufacturing defect. Examples include:

  • Stitching or adhesive issues
  • Broken or faulty components
  • Incorrect item received

Defects must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Claims reported beyond 14 days of delivery
  • Non-defective items (e.g., preference changes, wrong size/color chosen at checkout)

How to File a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at admin@cloakanddagger.solutions with your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.

Refunds

If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If the defective item is still in stock, we will send a replacement. If it is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Shipping Costs

  • Cloak and Dagger covers the cost of return shipping for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • We do not cover return shipping for items damaged by misuse, improper care, or for reasons outside this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, or shipping delays.
