Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to Canada or any other international destinations.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing times may be longer during weeks when we are conducting traveling classes or during peak holiday seasons.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days.
- Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order

Risk of Loss
- All items are shipped FOB origin. This means risk of loss and title transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Cloak and Dagger is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Issues
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
